This Farm consists of four tracts in the Gay, GA area. The land has been managed for timber production. The loblolly pine stands are in various ages from 2-15 years old. The hardwoods are unmatched with huge bottomland hardwoods along White Oak and Wolf creeks, and several areas of upland hardwoods scattered throughout the tracts. The internal road systems are very extensive and offer complete tract access. The hunting is rated some of the best in the county with large well managed population of deer and turkey. Duck hunting is very good along White Oak creek and various sloughs. The adjoining land owners are incredible with large private owners to the north and Joe Kurz WMA to the south.
