Get ready to see more beautiful homes on the market in the West Highland neighborhood just a few miles west of downtown Atlanta. I had the pleasure of touring one of these 3 bedroom, craftsman style homes with a basement a few months ago and I must say it was stunning. My prediction is that these will sell very quickly due to the fact that you get a lot for your money and the price per square foot is much lower than some of the other established Beltline neighborhoods. The community features a park area with playgrounds, a walking path and picnic tables. The Westside Atlanta Charter School is also within the community. Prices are set to start in the $270's but there is no need to wait until May because floor plans are available now. West Highlands is a great little suburb in the city. It is near Atlantic Station with a short driving distance O4W, Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead. The upgrades are nice and the layout is open and perfect for entertaining. I would say that this is a great alternative for those who like the seclusive suburbs but enjoy being close enough to the city for their play days and nights of course.
