West Highland Homes Coming Summer 2015

Get ready to see more beautiful homes on the market in the West Highland neighborhood just a few miles west of downtown Atlanta.  I had the pleasure of touring one of these 3 bedroom, craftsman style homes with a basement a few months ago and I must say it was stunning.  My prediction is that these will sell very quickly due to the fact that you get a lot for your money and the price per square foot is much lower than some of the other established Beltline neighborhoods.   The community features a park area with playgrounds, a walking path and picnic tables.  The Westside Atlanta Charter School is also within the community.  Prices are set to start in the $270's but there is no need  to wait until May because floor plans are available now.  West Highlands is a great little suburb in the city.  It is near Atlantic Station with a short driving distance O4W, Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead.  The upgrades are nice and the layout is open and perfect for entertaining.  I would say that this is a great alternative for those who like the seclusive suburbs but enjoy being close enough to the city for their play days and nights of course.  If you need more information on how to purchase one of these lovely homes in the West Highlands, contact eXp Realty Beltline Specialist Pauline Bowman at 678-682-1221 or pauline.bowman@exprealty.com
