Investment Properties On The Beltline Vine City
I guess the saying is true " West Side is the Best Side." And in the case of finding the best deals on the Beltline, it couldn't be any truer. The GA Dome is currently under construction and has an expected completion date of early 2017. I am sure the Falcons can't wait to step foot in their new home. And the fans are probably ready to sell out those seats. But what is even more rewarding is the plethora of properties available in the 30314 zip code. Formally named Vine City, this area is littered with dilapidated homes, quick fixer uppers, vacant lots and tenant occupied homes. And many homes in each of these 4 categories are currently ACTIVE on the market. What is most impressive is the inexpensive price tags of less than $80K. It is unheard of to locate a single family home on established Beltline neighborhoods for less than $300K move in ready. Even empty lots are pushing $100K for areas like O4W, Grant Park, Kirkwood etc. But the trick is buying into the areas BEFORE they completely develop so that you as an owner/occupant or investor can reap the benefits in years to come. Downtown living in Atlanta has become the thing to do in the past few years and it is all about convenience. I have watched The Beltline takeover one neighborhood at a time and being that Vine City is within a stones throw of the GA Dome, bars, breweries, fine eateries and parks make it one of the most attractive intown areas today. Life is coming to Vine City and the opportunities are endless to buy. No matter what you're looking for, I believe you can surely find it or build it. When location, price and availability work in your favor, it is a good sign that the investment is going to be worth it.
