3 Favorite Things To Do This Month On The Beltline

Moving into the city of Atlanta is something that many people are looking to do this year.  I have a list of my 3 favorite activities that may make a Beltline purchase look even more attractive.

  •  The Old 4th Ward Skate Park-if you like to bring out your skate board or just people watch this is a fun place to be.  With a built in skate ramp, a playground and an open field for baseball/soccer, you and the family will have plenty to do here on any given day of the week.

  • Dining on Edgewood Ave-With so many new restaurants, bars and pizza joints lined up on Edgewood Ave, you won’t have to go far to satisfy your pallet.  Just take a stroll down Edgewood and end up in a nice booth for some good eats.

  •  Riding the New Beltline Streetcar-If you are looking to sight-see on a Saturday afternoon, then I would definitely recommend taking this tour on the 22 mile Beltline ride.  You can even hop off at Jackson and Auburn Ave to take a free tour of the King Memorial Site.

  • These are my 3 favorite things to do but you can always explore the area for yourself by walking the beltline and finding your favorites.  If you would like more information or details about purchasing on the Beltline, contact the Beltline Specialist at eXp Realty Pauline Bowman 678-682-1221 or [email protected]
